Morocco has always been a crossroads between Africa, Europe and the Middle East, and nowhere evokes this sense more than Tangier, that faded poster boy for Europe’s often decadent but sometimes creative presence on Moroccan shores. From Tangier, turn south along Morocco’s Atlantic Coast and you’ll be accompanied by a sea breeze that massages the ramparts of wonderful cities whose names – Essaouira, Casablanca, Asilah, Rabat – and atmosphere carry a whiff of African magic. Travel east along the Mediterranean coast and you’ll be bidden into enchanting towns and the mountains of the Rif.

Itinerary

Day 01: Arrive Casablanca

Welcome to Morocco!!! On arrival at the Mohammed V Airport you will be met and greeted by our representative after which you proceed to the hotel. Enjoy as the rest of the day is at leisure we suggest you take a city tour of the beautiful city of Casablanca. Visit the United Nations Square, the Hassan II mosque and the Mohammed V square. Also visit the Ain Diab and Anfa regions of the city, areas where European and Islamic cultures blend harmoniously. This wonderful sightseeing tour of Casablanca will show you the highlights of this exciting city. Stay overnight in the hotel in Casablanca.

Day 02: Depart Casablanca – Rabat

After your last breakfast at the hotel proceed to your next destination Rabat. On arrival in Rabat you will be greeted by our representative after which you proceed to the hotel. Visit the Royal Palace Mechour the Surabaya Garden and the Hassan Tower Mosque. Stay overnight at the hotel in Rabat.

Day 03: Rabat – Larache – Asilah – Tangiers

After your last breakfast in the hotel proceed to Tangiers via Larache where you can stop for a quick Lunch, continue your drive to Asilah stop here for 30 minutes before you proceed to Tangiers. Tangier is the real gateway to Morocco, built on the edge of a remarkable bay. It is an international city and a winter coastal resort of great renown. Tangier and its suburbs is where, in the unmistakably African streets, many cultures continue to mix but never completely blend. After driving through the main boulevards and the Place de France, we will pass through the fashionable residential district f Marche aux Beoufs, where we will stop to admire the panoramic view over the old city. We follow the mountain road, lined with magnificent villas and lovely gardens. Stay overnight at the hotel in Tangiers.

Day 04: Tangiers – Chauen – Meknes – Fez

After breakfast drive to Maknes via Chauen where you will visit the kabah and Fuduk you drive through the scenic ancient village of Morocco. Continue to Meknes where you can enjoy lunch later continue your drive to Fez. On arrival in Fez proceed to your hotel. Stay overnight at the hotel in fez.

Day 05: Fez

After breakfast at hotel, the whole day will be devoted to the visit of the oldest imperial city including the medieval town, the two theological seminaries Bou Anania and Attarine, the Karaouine Mosque, the Nejjarine Fountain and the Souks. Stay overnight at the hotel in Fez.

Day 06: Fez - Beni Mellal – Marrakech

After breakfast at hotel, departure to Marrakech via Immouzer el Kandar & Azrou, a berber village well-known by its artisanal co-operative through a beautiful cedar forest and some very impressive landscapes. Proceed to Marrakech proceed to the hotel, stay overnight at the hotel in Marrakech.

Day 07: Arrive Marrakech

After breakfast at hotel, the whole day will be devoted to the visit of Marrakech "Pearl of the south" founded in the 11th century. In the morning, the visit will include la Koutoubia mosque, the Saadian tombs, the Menara gardens, the Bahia Palace. After lunch visit of the souks & the famous Djemaa El Fna square. Stay overnight at the hotel in Marrakech.

Day 08: Marrakech – Mumbai

After your last breakfast at the hotel proceed to Casablanca on arrival in Casablanca proceed to the Mohammed V Airport to tale tour flight back home. Take beautiful memories of Morocco with Active Holidays.
