Itinerary

Day 01: Delhi – Shimla ( 350 kms / 8 hrs )

Arrive Delhi and drive to Shimla. Arrive Shimla and check-into the hotel. Walk to mall road and Ridge area. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 02: Shimla – Kufri – Shimla ( 32 Kms/ 1 hr one way )

At Sunrise trek to Jakhu temple (Hanuman Temple) to get a panoramic view of the Himalayas. Return to the hotel for breakfast. Later drive to Kufri (16 kms). Kufri an exotica of natures flora and fauna where one can completely relax and tune ones self for natural beauty. Return to the hotel and rest. Evening visit the Mall road a good shopping area, Ridge area and Christ Church. Return back to hotel. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 03: Shimla – Manali ( 260 Kms/ 9 hrs )

After breakfast drive to Manali. Manali is a combination of natural splendour and rich heritage. Check in at the hotel on arrival. Rest of the day at leisure. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 04: Manali

After breakfast at the hotel proceed for sightseeing tour of Manali which includes Hadimba Devi Temple built in the tranquil and serene woods, Vashist Bath, Tibetian Monastery and Roerich Art Gallery. Afternoon take a half-day tour of Naggar and Angoora Shawls Factory. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 05: Manali

Early morning after breakfast, proceed for excursion of Rohtang Pass. The majesty of the mountains can be seen at their best here. Take a sledge ride down the slopes or try your luck climbing the little snow hills (From December to April) On your descent to Manali halt at the Rahalla falls and Solang Valley. The magnificent views and natural beauty are never-ending source of delight. Also halt at Marhi, Nehru Kund. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 06: Manali – Dharamshala (Mcnoldganj) ( 235 Kms / 6 hrs )

After breakfast drive to Dharamshala. It is a picturesque hill town that commands a splendid view of the surroundings Dhauladhar Himalayan ranges, enroute visit Baijnath – the oldest existing Shiva Temple in the country. Check into the hotel and rest of the day is free to walk around the local Tibetan market at Mcnoldganj. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 07: Dharamshala (Mcnoldganj) – Dalhousie ( 145 Kms / 4 hrs )

After visit the Tashijong Monastery built by the Dalai Lama, Bhagsunag waterfall, Temples etc.Afternoon drive to Dalhousie. Arrive and check in the hotel. Rest of the day is at leisure to explore Dalhousie. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 08: Dalhousie – Khajjiar – Dalhousie ( 30 kms one way )

After breakfast proceed for a full day excursion to Khajjiar, surrounded by picturesque snow capped mountains and thick forest of pine trees. Return to Dalhousie in the evening. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 09 Dalhousie – Chandigarh ( 320 Kms / 8-9 hrs )

Breakfast at the hotel, later drive to Chandigarh. On arrival check in the hotel. Evening is at Leisure. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 10: Chandigarh – Delhi ( 284 Kms / 9 hrs )

Breakfast at the hotel, later checkout and if time permits, visit the Rose Garden & Rock Garden, later transfer to the Airport / Railway station for your onwards journey.
